Collaboration @ Highcliffe

Peer led development can lead to higher levels of reasoning.  Learning is being willing and able to learn alone or with other people – using a sense of independent judgement together with skills in communication and empathy.

The best collaborative learning happens when there are explicit goals and clear team roles.  Group work enables students to be able to verbalise and communicate thoughts, improve listening and problem solving skills, as well as increasing awareness and emotional management.
